Thank you for visiting and shopping at IEG Store. The following overviews the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipping

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time 

​Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed Saturday and Sundays will ship the earliest possible time during the following business weekdays. 

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges & delivery estimates are set by UPS. Delivery rates start at $5 and increase based on the weight of your order. Delivery will be placed at your front door. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages 

IEG Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, all shipments are insured at our charge. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy 

As IEG Store is a United States-based company, we bill all our customers in U.S. Dollars and allow the customer's card-issuing company to process the conversion. The card issuing company will process the transaction from your account utilizing the exchange rate that they are currently offering. Your card issuing company may also charge you a conversion fee. IEG Store is not responsible for these fees. 

Customs & Country Regulations 

Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products, it is up to you to double-check your country's import policies before ordering. Due to import regulations, some products may not be available for purchase. If a product is restricted, this will be noted in the cart along with instructions to remove that product before you are able to complete your purchase. Please note that some countries sometimes prohibit the importation of greater supplies of some dietary supplements in a single order. Please know that IEG Store can not guarantee that our import restrictions are up to date. It is the responsibility of the customer (you) to make sure that the items you are ordering comply with the import regulations. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded. 

Duties & Taxes 

IEG Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Incorrect Address 

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only. 

Package Loss

Although it is rare for international orders to get lost or delayed, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you chose, international orders can take up to 35 business days to clear customs. International order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 35 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until a 35 business days period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at store@iegstore.com and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of the date of purchase. Depending on your location, courier selection, and any history of similar problems, we’ll work to help resolve this issue. Orders that haven't been reported within 60 calendar days will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available if you choose a non-trackable shipping method and your order is lost. 

Returning Items

If our product does not meet your expectations, send us an email to store@iegstore.com including the reason for return and order number. Return the unused items within 25 days of the purchase date. Unused items must be returned unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Due to the sensitive nature of products, we do not accept returns of opened products.

Customers must ensure that a tracking number is assigned to their return. Upon receiving the returns, we will initiate a refund of 85% of the item’s purchase price, which will be available to you in 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund.

Items that are received defective or damaged will be replaced at 100% of the item’s purchase price AND free return shipping label.

If your parcel is being returned to the sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Denied Entry by Customs, Prohibited/Banned items, or being Refused, once the parcel arrives back to our facility a refund for the purchase price of the products will be issued, minus the shipping cost. Before a refund is granted, the parcel must be checked at our facility. You may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we can not issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

IEG Store cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties nor any related delivery delays or seized products. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly.
